Aims

The Learning Tree Day Nursery aim is to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment to facilitate and promote the growth and development of the child, giving value and respect to each child as an individual. We allow children opportunities to explore, create, imagine and interact through play. We promote responsible behaviour, encouraging children to be respectful, independent, polite and co-operative.

The Learning Tree Day Nursery is culturally appropriate and sensitive to individuals, committed to an equal opportunities policy which seeks to ensure that each child is treated equally, irrespective of ethnic origin, sex, religion, cultural or linguistic background. Our facilities ensure that children with special needs are well catered for.

We also aim to encourage good manners and respect for each other so as to encourage every child to reach their full potential without losing their natural spontaneity, as well as celebrating achievements and encourage children to do their best, to aim for excellence.
