Dedication, commitment and professionalism is the ethos of our staff team.

A great deal of attention and time is invested in the formation and development of a committed, motivated and well qualified staff team, who have all had the necessary security checks.

We have an ongoing series of in-house and external training for all our staff and believe in developing a spirit of professionalism and teamwork in the setting.

Training is an essential key. Each member of staff is expected to be professional and committed and are duly rewarded.

Sherma Shonibare started The Learning Tree Day Nursery Limited in early 2002, a professional working mother of three and an expert - as a customer - on nurseries, wanted "something special" for her young customers. She wanted a range of services that would meet her exacting standards. She also wanted to offer working parents the flexibility - and the hours they needed.
